Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Analytics Dashboard operated by NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd. By accessing, registering for, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

The platform provides analytics, reporting, and dashboard functionality intended to assist organizations in reviewing marketing, website, and social media performance data from authorized sources and integrations.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• You remain responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
• You should promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident.

You shall use the platform only for lawful and authorized business purposes. You must not, directly or indirectly:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or other user accounts,
• introduce malicious code, harmful content, or fraudulent data,
• interfere with the security, stability, or normal operation of the service, or
• use the platform in violation of applicable law or contractual obligations.

Where you connect third-party services, including Google or Meta services, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary authority and permissions to access, use, and share such data through the platform. You retain responsibility for the legality and accuracy of the data made available through your connected accounts.

Except where otherwise stated, all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including its software, branding, design elements, and original content, remain vested in NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd or its licensors. Data submitted or connected by your organization remains the property of the relevant owner or lawful controller.

The platform is provided on an as available and as is basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain service quality and security, NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific commercial, technical, or regulatory requirement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with the platform shall be subject to the applicable courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

NexGen Concepts Pte Ltd may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will take effect upon publication on the platform unless otherwise stated. We also reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary for security, operational, legal, or compliance reasons, including actual or suspected misuse.
